Interpreting and translation

Each mode suits a different room. We'll recommend the right one when you enquire.

  1. Simultaneous 同時通訳

    Real-time interpreting from a soundproof booth for large multilingual conferences. Interpreters work in pairs.

  2. Remote (RSI / RCI) リモート通訳

    Via KUDO, Interprefy, Zoom, MS Teams or Webex — no travel, accommodation or booth equipment.

  3. Consecutive 逐次通訳

    Speaker and interpreter take turns — ideal for meetings, courtesy visits and site tours.

  4. Whispered ウィスパリング通訳

    Beside one or two listeners, or with a tour-guide audio system on site visits.

  5. Document translation 翻訳

    Brochures, agendas, minutes and presentations between Japanese and English, quoted per word. Expedited delivery available.

Takayuki Fukumori 福森 隆行

Born and raised in Fukuoka and based in Sydney for over a decade, Takayuki has been interpreting since 2013 for multinational companies, conference organisers, language service providers and government departments.

Educated and employed in both Japan and Australia, he bridges language and culture alike. For larger events, we assemble teams from our network of Japanese/English conference interpreters in Australia and overseas.
